Cloud Walker

In Loving Memory of Cloud
7/5/08 - 6/23/21

Yesterday we said are private goodbye to our Shar Pei Cloud. He was the best dog and will leave a scar on our hearts forever. I don't know what to do without him. He lived, loved and fought for 55 days after his diagnosis of untreatable cancer.  He was truly loved as a member of his furever family.  His sweet soulful eyes and always greeting me when I come home will be deeply missed.

But, as the song says, "It's been a long day without you my friend And I'll tell you all about it when I see you again” I will hold you in my heart until I can hold you again in heaven.

God saw you getting tired,
When a cure was not to be,
So He wrapped His arms around you,
And whispered, “come to me”.
You didn’t deserve what you went through,
So He gave you rest.
God’s garden must be beautiful,
He only takes the best.
And when I saw you sleeping,
So peaceful and free from pain,
I could not wish you back,
To suffer that again.

Lola Linger

Lola, of Buckhannon crossed over the rainbow bridge on September 13, 2021 at Stonewall Veterinary Hospital in Horner.

She was greeted on the other side by her favorite human friend, Pauline Linger; and eight of her friends: Chiquita, Lucy, Boots, Xena, TC, Max, Grayson, and Tiger II.

On July 24, 2008, Lola learned not all humans were bad and found her forever home with Elissa and Pauline Linger. She spent the last 13 years in their loving care.

Forever remembering Lola’s energetic and spunky spirit are two of her favorite humans: Elissa Linger and Denise Weaver; and her seven furry friends: PeePot, Sophie Jo, Annie, Matty, Donatella, Panther, and Little One.

Lola was quite the bed and blanket hog but her cuddles were worth it. She loved car rides and trash cans. When she and her partner in crime, Sophie Jo were together, you were bound to find a mess. Lola had also built up a reputation for being a little escape artist in the neighborhood. They always looked forward to her visits especially her friends Dave and Gloria Fisher. She will be missed dearly.

If Lola could have one final wish, she would want humans to consider adopting a pet and donating to a local animal shelter.

We , at Mountain State Pet Crematory, are honored and privileged to serve the family of Lola.
